como puedo evitar recibir todas las contestaciones en mi maill

Fácil:

Vaya a su "Panel de Control" a la opción "Editar Opciones" del menu que se desplega a la izquierda, una vez ahi, baje hasta "mensajeria y notificaciones", ahi elija entre estas 5 opciones la que mejor le acomode:

No suscribirse
Sin notificacion por mail - (la que quizas esta buscando)
Notificación por mail instantánea - (que es la que tiene seguramente)
Notificación diaria por mail
Notificación semanal por mail


Vaya hasta el final del formato y de click en "salvar cambios" Y listo.

Go to you "User CP (Control Panel)", find in the left menu "Setting & Options", then select "Edit Options" in this options find "Messaging & Notification" and choice the better option for you:

Default Thread Subscription Mode

When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.
Do not subscribe No email notification Instant email notification Daily email notification Weekly email notification

Do not suscribe
No email notification - pick this
Instant email notification
Daily email notification
Weekly email notification


Go to end and select "Save changes", pero si tu hablas español y poco ingles, elige además, en las opciones que estan al final del formato y selecciona:
